5. HealthKit Data
Athlentic may read from or write to Apple HealthKit only when the user explicitly grants permission. HealthKit data may include workout records, step count, sleep, heart rate variability, height, and weight.
- HealthKit data is used only to provide health and workout features in the app.
- We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data broker purposes.
- Based on the current app implementation, the HealthKit data itself is not uploaded to and separately stored on our servers.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Account information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain the account.
- If the user requests account deletion or deletes the account within the app, the related account information will be deleted within a reasonable period.
- If retention is required by applicable law, the information may be retained for the legally required period.

- Users may change HealthKit permissions, notification permissions, and ad-related consent settings in the device or app settings.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to help prevent loss, theft, leakage, forgery, alteration, or damage of personal information. However, due to the nature of the internet environment, complete security cannot be guaranteed.
