Delete Your Account and Associated Data
Follow these instructions to delete your Athlentic account and data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Athlentic with your account.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
If you cannot sign in or need confirmation that associated cloud data has been deleted, submit a request by email.
Request deletion on the web
Send a request from the email address associated with your account to admin@ceanlab.com. Use “Athlentic Account Deletion Request” as the subject.
We may request additional information to verify account ownership. Requests are generally completed within 30 days after verification.
Data that will be deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account and sign-in identifiers
- Workout history synced to the cloud and associated with your account
- User-created workouts and routines
- Account-related local data and personal settings stored by the app
Data that may be retained
We may retain the minimum information required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security for the period permitted by applicable law and policy. Data that has been anonymized so it can no longer identify a user may remain after account deletion.
